Ezzrett Anderson

Ezzrett "Sugarfoot" Anderson (born February 10, 1920) is a former football star of the Calgary Stampeders.

He was recruited to the roster in 1949 by head coach Les Lear, and had a successful career as tight end. Ezzrett also played for one year, 1947, for the Los Angeles Dons.[1] He made an official retirement from football in 1956. In 1974, Anderson was added to the Canadian Sports Wall of Fame and in 1990, was inducted into the Calgary Stampeders Wall of Fame.[2]
